I'm getting a bubble this error when trying to save a stylesheet in umbraco 4.7.2.

It is not a permissions issue. Both I and my teammate are having the same issue and we are both administrators on both the server and in umbraco. And I have verified that the NETWORK SERVICE account has full controll on the entire directory where umbraco resides including all subdirectories.
At this point we're updating directly to the css file. But what is causing this error?
I get this as well when my CSS file gets too long. If I split it up into multiple files (which is a pain to maintain) it saves. What's the likelihood of seeing this issue getting addresses?
